STOP RAPE

Why the Loucas when there were dozens of interesting and daring proposals to chose from? A more complete sounding should be carried out to reach more convincing conclusions but, instead, we can say that what weighed at the end of the day was the group's experience, presented in a 3-minute film made in partnership with Etapas-Video of Recife.
The Loucas delighted with their simplicity, their motto "without fear of the ridiculous" and their sturdy humour.

Our proposal will receive a grant of US$13.000.

To buy a digital video camera,  employ someone to film the debates held after the performance- "That's enough Pain/ Stop the pain!" (that deals with sexist violence), rent projecting equipment (to project people- dedondo- denouncing(?) violence), organize a series of interviews and with them make videos or clips  (to be transmitted both in popular communities and in cinemas and why not on TV).
The idea is to make the most of a tour in the context of the launching in Camaragibe (PE) of a municipal pyschological, social and legal service to support women living in situations of violence, to collect public opinions on the delicate issue of domestic violence in the suburbs.

To end the silence of the
private sphere and bring the debate
to the streets and
MAKE IT PUBLIC,
that what the Loucas'intend to do.
